Mostafa Setayesh, P.E. – President/CEO
Mostafa founded Turnkey Construction in 1990, after working for engineering consulting firms for seven years. He recognized the opportunity of ensuring a more hands-on approach to the business and a dedication to customer service.
Mostafa is actively involved in setting the strategic direction for Turnkey Construction, and looks forward to the opportunity to ensure that your expectations are fully met. Mostafa holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. |

Gary Martinie – Chief Operating Officer
Gary recognizes that a commitment to customer service is the basis of success. Gary applies his twenty-five years of experience to build strong working partnerships with every client. This commitment to service and complete client satisfaction is the backbone of the firm and he looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.
Gary manages the daily operations of the company and has broad experience in project management, engineering, maintenance, and sales. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. |

Ralph Westbrook – CFO/Controller
Ralph has an extensive background in finance, accounting and human resources that superbly equips him to handle the company's administrative functions. He has 15 years of experience in the financial management of small and medium-sized companies and an extensive background in corporate management. Ralph applies this experience to manage the company's financial activities and to coordinate all human resources. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (1972) and a Master's Degree in Accounting (1990) from the University of North Texas. |

Tony Johnson – Senior Project Manager
Tony brings management depth, technical savvy and experience in some of the more sophisticated areas of today’s construction projects. This includes ten years of experience with construction projects as diverse as telecommunication switch sites, computer rooms, large interior office fit- outs and small ground up banking and retail buildings. His background also includes experience in IT, a BA in Business Information Systems and a Masters Degree in Management, creating a unique set of skills to help manage even the most challenging project. Tony is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as awarded by the Project Management Institute. |

Vidya Shankar – Estimator
Vidya is responsible for managing project bids and estimating construction costs for Turnkey Construction. His background includes fifteen years of experience in the commercial construction industry both as a civil engineer for building remodeling and renovation projects and as a project manager for ground-up, retail and tenant finish out projects. His experience coupled with an engineer’s attention to detail helps the company meet its client’s expectations for quality and budget. Vidya has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mysore in India. |

James Cowan – Field Operations Manager
Armed with thirty-five years of hands-on construction experience, James oversees Turnkey Construction’s field operations, manages all field superintendents and insures compliance to our rigorous safety program. He closely monitors each project’s schedule, construction quality, utility connections and client installations to ensure that they stay on time with no compromise in safety or quality. |
